The Making
Kristin and Jessica are best friends. They wanted to make a site together to help Neopians through tutorials, graphics, and other random things. They thought it would be a fun thing to do, so they made a Freewebs account. To start their site, they made their first code. It was a quite simple one too. It actually looked more like a blog than an actual Neopets help site. =P The site started off very, very small. With only a few affiliates and about 10 pages of content. 
The Designing
Kristin and Jessica were very proud of their first layout. It was actually pretty good! They soon started to make a lot of graphics to make the site bigger and better. They already had practice with graphic making, so that wasn't a problem. Soon enough, they had over 15 pages of content and decided they needed a change...
The New Layout
Since the abundance of graphics was becoming greater, Kristin and Jessica decided they needed to make a major change. Within 2 days, they completed and assembled an entire new layout. They were fully inspired from Neopets, because of such neatness within the site. They got some drop-down menu's and made the site look very professional. With the new layout came much more. They started to get more affiliates and brought their first 2 Staff members to the site! Their graphic-making skills became much better, too. They like the new style of layout so much now, that they are going to keep it for a long time.
