First, open up photoshop and paint.
Choose an image, I will be using this one.
Put your image on photoshop, by going to File >> New then OK.
Open up paint then create any kind of pattern.
This is mine:
Now copy your pattern and put make a new image on photoshop, same process, File >> New Then click OK.
Mine looks like this:
Now, click Edit >> Define Pattern and then name it whatever you'd like.
Now go to your image and right-click the stamp tool, and select "Pattern Stamp Tool".
Duplicate your layer by right-clicking Layer 1 and then select "Duplicate Layer".
Then pick your brush and draw over the parts you want to have the pattern on!
Now go to your Layers and make it so your options are like mine:
Now you have your pattern! you can add cool effects too to complete your picture, maybe even some text.
