»Step 1:Choose an image. I am going to use this one:
»Step 2:Copy the image by going to Edit»Copy. Make a new image with a white background around 50 pixels bigger than the original image.
--Ex.: If the original image is 300x500, make the new image at a size of 350x550.
»Step 3:Go to Edit»Paste As New Selection. DO NOT DE-SELECT!
»Step 4:At the top, go to Effects»3D Effects»Drop Shadow. It should look like this:
»Step 5:A window will pop up. Match your settings to mine and push OK:
»Step 6:De-select by clicking your Selection Tool 
and then right clicking on your image.
»Step 7:Merge your image before saving!
»Step 8:Go to File»Save Copy As. Make sure you save it as a .PNG for highest resolution! =)
