How to make an Offset

In this tutorial you’ll learn to make an offset outline using the program, Photoshop CS+.

1. First make a new layer (go to Layer > New > Layer) and stamp random brush(es). In this case I’m going to use the brush below:

2. Now, make a new layer and stamp the same brush but not exactly in the same spot:
*The color of this brush in Step 2 is not important.*

3. With the Layer 2 highlighted, look at the color box and click on the Styles tag. Then, click on the box I highlighted with red.
